Welcome to JC’s Graphic Tees. By purchasing from our website (jcsgraphictees.com), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products

  • All products are custom-printed graphic tees unless otherwise noted.

  • Colors may vary slightly from product images due to screen settings and print process.

  • Sizes are listed in our Size Guide. Customers are responsible for checking measurements before ordering.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be made at checkout through the methods provided.

  • JC’s Graphic Tees reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.

  • Delivery times vary by carrier but typically take 3–7 business days.

  • JC’s Graphic Tees is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because our tees are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or preference.
We only accept returns if:

  • The item is defective, or

  • The wrong item was received.

To request a return or replacement:

  • Contact us at info@jcsgraphictees.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After production begins, cancellations are not possible.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs sold on this site are the property of JC’s Graphic Tees or licensed artwork.

  • Customers may not copy, resell, or reproduce designs without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • JC’s Graphic Tees is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of our products.

  • Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
